Teaching, operations, marketing, enrollment, family communication, compliance, and funding paperwork. The list is endless.
You started your microschool to foster student growth and build a supportive community. But the daily administrative burden can be overwhelming.
Late-night spreadsheets, confusing funding requirements, endless onboarding—it's a lot to manage, often alone. The isolation is real, and it detracts from your passion: focusing on students. You didn't sign up to be a full-time operations manager, but that's the reality for many founders.

Meet Heather Miniello
Heather Miniello is a unique blend of accomplished entrepreneur and passionate educational innovator. With a proven track record of building and scaling multiple successful businesses, she understands the operational backbone required for sustainable growth.
As a serial entrepreneur, Heather has successfully launched and managed diverse ventures, including multiple florists, two hotels, and a 30-unit rental property portfolio.
